COMMERCIAL & RESIDENTIAL
We provide professional experience in residential and commercial properties. Our sealcoating services consists of a long-lasting shield against weather damage and the immense traffic volume. We specialize in restoring the life of your asphalt; in which also extends the duration. Asphalt enhances the aesthetic appeal of a parking lot. We specialize in providing quality but also maximize the life of your driveway. The sealing application we provide is specifically formulated to protect your drive from deterioration. Yearly sealing is cost effective and maintains the quality of your driveway. Yearly sealing helps maintain the quality of your drive way. It also prolongs the life of your pavement.
PAVING
Paving involves prepping the ground by leveling and compacting area (such as a road, pathway for vehicles or walkway)to create a stable base, then we lay the required material in an organized motion to create an even surface. As appealing to the eye paving is also costly.
OVERLAY
Overlays involve repairing existing cracks, potholes and applying a bonding agent (tack coat) and then laying a fresh, thin coat layer of asphalt over the existing surface till smooth finish is consistent on area.

CONCRETE/ASPHALT RESTORATION
Damaged area is ripped out, cleaned thoroughly and than compacted with fresh asphalt or concrete on designated area based on requirements. Applying concrete consists of pc, water, and aggregate mixed together. All compacted material is at least 4" deep. Hot/cold asphalt mix can be applied in area that is flawed.
CRACKFILL
Any existing cracks greater than 1/4" width & depth of 1/2"; we blow any debris with compressed air. Than we fill cracks with hot, rubberized sealant. We remove any excess sealant in cracks. (Alligator areas, additional cost.)
S​EALCOATING
Sealcoating provides a protective layer on the durability of asphalt. For best results we use commercial grade tar sealer. We spray two coats of sealer. After the first batch has dried than apply the second coat. We use high end sealer that meets all federal requirements and specifications.
STRIPING
Striping is the final touch that ties everything together. We apply a fresh set of traffic paint on existing layout or new layout if desired.
